Nyze Terms of Use.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nyze you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notification or email. Continued use after notification represents acceptance of the changes.

What Nyze provides

Nyze is an iPhone notes app. The free plan lets you capture and search notes locally. The Pro plan adds connected AI features: Ask Nyze, auto-labels, and For You insights.

Pro features require an internet connection and an active subscription. AI model availability may vary depending on provider updates.

Nyze is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We perform occasional maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability.

Your account and your notes

Your notes belong to you. Nyze does not claim ownership over the content you create. You are responsible for the content you store in the app.

Do not use Nyze to store or transmit illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, or content that promotes illegal activities.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible.

Pro subscription and payments

Nyze Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or annual, processed through the App Store. The current price is shown in your local currency on the subscription screen inside the app and on the Nyze App Store page, always before you confirm the purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple — Nyze does not store credit card data.

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you subscribed to.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time after purchase in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nyze.

Nyze Pro includes a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase the subscription. After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancellations and refunds follow Apple's policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling a subscription does not result in a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

Limitation of liability

Nyze is developed by BARAKY LTDA. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or lost profits resulting from use or inability to use the app.

We recommend keeping backups of important content. iCloud Backup may include Nyze data if enabled in iPhone settings.
